Unprofessional and Unaccountable My experience with John’s Restoration was incredibly disappointing. I was met with repeated communication issues, delays, and outright refusal to provide basic documentation for repairs done through their third-party vendor. When I asked Terri (co-owner) for receipts and vendor info, I was interrupted, dismissed, and even told they could contact the vendor to prevent them from speaking with me, completely unprofessional. Additionally, said I was upset and she didn’t want to risk the relationship with them. One, Terri doesn’t get to police how others feel or dismiss their experience that are valid. Listening is a basic skill to identify the issue and work toward a solution- professionally. The body shop subcontracted additional repairs to third party to include engine and compressor and somehow impacted transmission- having vehicle for close to three months. On top of that, my windshield wipers weren’t properly reinstalled after the windshield was replaced after being promised they fix it. I’ve asked to speak with the other owner multiple times and was denied. I’m simply trying to get clear answers about work performed on my vehicle, nothing mor

I wanted to share my excellent experience with John's Restoration after they worked on my 2024 Ford F150. I'd only had my truck for one month when someone hit it and left without leaving a note - I was devastated. I know it might have looked like small damage to others, but for a brand-new truck, it felt like it was totaled. John's team understood how upset I was and handled everything professionally from start to finish. They completed the repairs incredibly quickly and did an amazing job - you literally can't tell there was ever any damage! The truck looks perfect again. What's more, their price was literally half of what Caliber Collision quoted me for the same work. If you need quality restoration work without the premium pricing and with people who truly care about your vehicle, I highly recommend John's Restoration. Terri was also extremely nice and on top of everything. She kept me well-informed. Five stars

John’s Restoration fixed my brand new 4Runner and did a great job. They care about their customers and are way more reasonably priced than big box shops. Fair, honest, and great to work with. Thanks John and Terri!

The work provided by Johns Restorations on my 2015 C7 Corvette was amazing. They repaired a bad scratch and some scrapes from a previous owner and you'd never know it's ever been in the shop. I can't speak highly enough of the work that was done. I'm pretty picky when it comes to repair work and they definitely surpassed all my expectations and have a customer for life here. Thanks again for the timely and professional work.

I sustained some damage to the driver's side of my 2019 F150 and after receiving several quotes for the repair, I decided to do it myself...BAD MOVE! A worker in the parts department of the local Ford dealership suggested that I try John's Restorations. WOW! JACKPOT! BINGO! If your vehicle is in need of body repair, don't fool around; let John and Ms. Terri restore your ride back to showroom condition. See the attached pictures.
